description: Considered by many to be one of the greatest little light trout reels of it's time! The 2-7/8 Hardy Uniqua was standard for light line rods of the time. The reel itself is in "E" condition circa 1930's with dark leaded finish, Brit Pat stamped house shoe drum latch, ribbed aluminum reel foot with curved line lettering make for one nice little reel for any cane rod. Also stamped on the inside WS for another famous legendary reel maker from Hardy Wilf Sinton. Just a wonderful reel for your collection. Very minor ware because the reel has been locked away for years! This is one reel that's very special to me!
