The rod is one of 3 rods ever built in the 8ft 5wt 3/2 HB 6 strip or (Hex)configuration. This is an extremely nice rod in all respects as are all of Per's rods! Wonderful piece of fly fishing history in this amazing rod. Has a very nice dry fly action with the rods weight being only 3.69oz. This rod will do it all. Will cast in tight when needed and also has reserve power for distance. Flawless finish, wells grip, reddish brown wraps tipped in black in a medium flamed rod. "M" Condition lawn cast only! Need I say anymore!
