description: H.L. Leonard red wrap circa early 70's. This rod need some TLC! First off the varnish look very good but the one tip has a repair that will not hold up! It's about 3 inches down from the tip top. Need to be repaired again the right way. Many cracked wraps and female ferrule is loose see photo's. In the right hands the rod could be fishable. So I would say this is a project rod and will need the work done before it could be fished.
