description: Another great specialty rod from Orvis built by Ron White circa 1971 right after Wes Jordan retired. Once again Label reads 5wt but I feel it's more like a med to med/fast action 4wt. Rod is in "VG" condition and has been fished with soiling to the cork. Serial #61633. Beautiful medium dark impregnated cane with brown wraps, Cigar grip with double built sliding band aluminum reel seat with full cork. Oxidized dark nickel silver ferrules. Great all around dry fly rod for small brushy streams. Rod tube shows minor ware from storage only.
