description: *PRICE REDUCED by $300* Stunning Bellinger fly rod built by Al Bellinger himself in 1999 serial number 108. This rod was made prior to the latest Bellinger rod models and I'm pretty sure this is one of the last rods that Al build himself. Beautiful flamed cane with dark brown wraps and red agate stripper guide, varnished maple wood reel seat and wood ferrule plug with nickel silver sliding band and butt cap. Also the tips are Mirror Matched. The rod looks to be in NM condition showing almost no signs of being fished but I'm sure it has been lawn cast. I have cast the rod and the rod has a wonderful semi-parabolic delicate dry fly action and would work wonderful when fished on small to medium size streams. Great Buy!
