description: Just a wonderful little small stream Howells at 2-5/8oz is good togo with a 4wt line. Listed at a 7ft 4/5wt 2/2 rod. Circa 1971 serial number 3811. The rod has seen very little action as you can see from the photo's and is in near mint condition. I say near mint only because the rod tube label is about 85% and has a few dings on it from possible storage.
